Contract Work
Toscanoptics aims to perform all commission processing on the basis of current state-of-art. In the event, that, during the processing, it turns out that executing the order completely is not possible with the standard available at Toscanoptics, the purchaser shall not be entitled to claim or request completion of the service through a third party. Any further liability, for example, for secondary damages due to delayed delivery or non-delivery of components/substrates shall also be expressly excluded. We ask for payment of 50 % before processing and the order is palced and full payment before shipment. Contract works are made to order precisely on customer request. In case of rescission of an order the purchaser shall be obligated to cover all costs for material and working time occurred until the rescission.

Prices
All prices on the website are quoted in EURO without VAT. Amounts are due without any deduction. Shipping costs will be charged separately on the base of weight, size and country of destination.

Delivery
All deliveries will be made by UPS , GLS, TNT or a forwarding company, depending on the weight. Every shipment shall be insured on the base of the actual balue of the goods.

Delivery times
The orders will principally processed in the sequence of receipt of the orders. In case of contract works the delivery time is to be understood as an approximate value. We aim to keep the stated delivery time. However, we cannot guarantee for it.

Miscellaneous
This contract as well as all legal relationships of the parties shall be governed by Italy law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not be applicable. Every type of dispute on the goods received express should be carried out within and not beyond 10 days from the receiving of the same one. Should one or more provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this agreement. Place of jurisdictions shall be Matera-Italy.
